Peanut Butter & Jelly Pancakes



I try to start my day with a good filling breakfast, lately I’ve been stuck on pancakes. Here’s one of my simple go to pancake recipes. My breakfast usually get made and taken to work. Its nothing crazy fancy, but its easy to throw together in the morning. And not to mention its very tasty!


26g Kodiak Cakes Protein packed Crunchy peanut butter
26g Kodiak Cakes Protein packed flapjack/waffle mix whole grain buttermilk

Enough water to make it the right consistency. Not to running, but not to thick either.

Cook them on medium heat using a Coconut oil nonstick spray.


Once they're done. Add your toppings.
15g Almond butter
1 tbsp Strawberry rhubarb jam (you can use any that you like)


While your cooking your pancakes make your eggs. I usually make one egg with 2 egg whites. Nothing fancy added to the eggs just a little salt and pepper. 
There you have it, a  simple breakfast that will keep you full and satisfied.
