Macro Counting
One of my favorite lifestyle change I’ve made is tracking
my Macros. Macros what’s that, right?
Macros are the macro-nutrients your body needs in order to, lose
weight, maintain weight, or bulk weight.
There are a bunch of calculators out there to give you an
idea of what your Macros should be. My advice is to find one that you like and
stick to it, not all are the same.
My favorite one is on Jen Heward’s website.
Any ways you track your Carbs, Protein, and Fat intake all
while keeping in your calories. There’s no crazy cutting carbs, dairy, sugars out of your diet. You
can eat anything you want as long as it fits in your macros.
Crazy right, you can eat ANYTHING just watch moderation and
proportions. Being conscious of what your putting in your body and how much you
are eating.
I suggest getting a food scale, and prep containers. That way
you know how much your eating and can split meals into the right portion size
you need.

Also the app My fitness Pal is 100000 times worth it! You are
able to set it up to your macros and it makes tracking your food intake soooooo
easy.
