Summer slim down
We all put on a little extra during winter. I get it, it happens, the weather sucks and staying inside is a good excuse.
Well now that the weather is nicer lets get back to our summer body.
1. Run 40 miles total
2. Follow MACROS
3. Sweat 4-5 times a week
4. Tone up
OK, if you're like me, no one likes to run. you can also bike to meet your 40 miles just divide the amount of miles by 3. So if you bike 9 miles it would be 3 miles towards your goal
Go into your workout with a plan. I like to do it this way so I don't have to carry a notebook. This way I have it with me since I have my phone anyways. The check marks have a sense of accomplishment to them.
