Turkey and Cheese Omelett
Mornings are usually pretty hectic for me. Between getting
ready, making sure my daughter is ready, bags are packed, and lunches are made.
I find myself still making time for breakfast.
I’ve come to enjoying making breakfast, even if it’s the same
thing every day. This is one of my
staples I make for breakfast. It’s easy, quick, and fills you up. It’s pretty
easy to mix in some veggies, or different meat, but I usually just keep it
simple.
Turkey and Cheese Omelet

1 Lg Egg
2 Lg Egg Whites
2 oz turkey (I use sandwich meat)
.5oz shredded cheddar cheese
Fire sauce (optional it’s a 0 macro food)

.5oz shredded cheddar cheese
Fire sauce (optional it’s a 0 macro food)
Beat eggs, add salt and pepper to taste.
In a medium heat pan melt coconut oil, butter, or use cooking
spray. Pour in egg mixture, and swirl around and let it cook for a while before
adding the turkey, ripped apart no fancy way really. (You could add half the cheese in now if you wanted)
Fold one side on top of the other and let it cook, then flip
and let it cook on the other side.
When done plate and sprinkle cheese on top, add hot sauce (if
wanted), and ENJOY!
I hope you try this. What are your go to breakfasts, comment below and let me know!
