Chocolate Avacado Pudding


Need a little chocolate fix? This has quickly become my favorite, it’s easy to make, my daughter loves it, and you can eat it for breakfast and not feel like your breaking the rules.

Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Servings 2
Macros: 4P | 42C | 16F 303 Calories (per serving without toppings)

1 Lg Ripe Avocado
¼ cup coco powder
¼ cup unsweetened Almond milk
¼ cup maple syrup
2tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Blend until smooth. Split into two cups and chill for 2 hours.
Serve with granola, fruit, any toppings you like.
