Cheat Days......


Cheat days.......happen. The way I tend to look at them as a reset day. It's one day where you can have that extra piece of chocolate, another brownie, a bowl of ice cream with all the fixings, and not care or feel bad for it.

One big thing I love about IIFYM, is the fact that when I do have a cheat day I don't feel the need to gorge myself with chocolate, or sit and eat nachos all to myself. With IIFYM I can eat chocolate and nachos and whatever else I want as long as it fits. So when it comes to cheat days I find myself eating more calories, rather than eating food that's not the best for me.

If you work hard and meet your goals you deserve a cheat day. BUT don't let your cheat day turn into a cheat week. It's very important that you keep your goals in mind and know that you can eat like you would on a cheat day and get the results you want.
