Progress…
This month has been crazy busy and finding the time to make
it to the gym like I wanted to got pushed to the back burner. Which in
hindsight was a good thing, to take a break and regroup and come up with new
goals. It was definitely needed.
Now that things have kind of slowed down or I’m a little
clearer minded and determined, it’s time to set up my next goal set. I had some
free time to sit and actually figure out what I wanted out of this. Where I
wanted my body to be and how I wanted to achieve that goal.
I have a tendency to set little goals within one larger goal
to see my progress and make me push harder.
Normally, when I set a goal or a dead line the first thing I
do is take before pictures. I’ve never been one for progress pictures, but they
work! I swear by them now. Not only do they show you how much you’ve changed, but
it also keeps you motivated. The days that I find it hard to get to the gym I will
take a progress picture and compare it to the beginning, that starts a fire
under you’re a** and makes you want to keep working hard to meet your goals.

Lately, all you see is this fad diet or that one. The thing
is the results you’re going to get with them are going to disappear the second
you stop that “diet”. When you decided on a goal set make sure you’re making
healthy decisions! I highly recommend finding your Macros. With a combination
of healthy eating habits and exercise you will meet your goals. You must work
for what you want!!
I’ve been tracking my macros since January 2016. I’m a firm
believer that fueling your body with what it needs gets you the body you want.
This next goal set, for me, isn’t about losing weight. It’s
toning up and getting definition to certain parts of my body. But with that
still comes eating healthy so your able to feed your body what it needs to get the
results you’re looking for.
